Having been in the wellness industry for last 6 years, she has understood how nutrition, movement and emotional/mental health are so intertwined for living a healthy & balanced life. She is also a Certified Nutritionist, Yoga Facilitator & Mindfulness Coach.
The community conducts weekly yoga sessions for the purpose of building strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body of the members.

These are 45-60 mins virtual Zoom or Google meet sessions which take place every week.
The community exists on a platform called LikeMinds. It’s an app specifically for private communities like ours. There are different chat rooms for different topics where you can interact with other members, ask your doubts, clear others’ or go through the vast variety of content posted.
To ensure seriousness and provide a sense of exclusivity to the members, we charge a nominal fee for the membership, i.e INR 999 for 3 months.
